Dance Team Threatened

"The Celtics are investigating two threatening phone calls placed last weekend by an angry fan that were left on an office answering machine for a member of the organization’s new dance team.

According to a team source, the caller threatened to harm the dancer out of apparent disgust with the Celtics adding a dance team to its game-night program. The franchise is the last in the 30-team league to employ a dance team. "


For 1, its not the dance team's fault they are there, they auditioned and were hired by the Celtics organization. For 2, this "fan" obviously has no place in sports if that is how they go about making their points. Hopefully they are jailed soon. The fan that is. I fully support NBA dance teams.
